Cultural Tourism Charter advanced at International Workshop on the Melaka Declaration on Cultural Heritage Value Creation

ICTC President Dr. Ivan Henares participated in the International Workshop on the Melaka Declaration on Cultural Heritage Value Creation in Melaka, Malaysia from July 23 to 24, 2025 where he delivered one of the keynotes highlighting the ICOMOS Cultural Tourism Charter as a source document for the Melaka Declaration on Cultural Heritage Value Creation. 

This was further discussed at the discussion group on cultural tourism, one of eight discussion groups that will help shape the declaration.
